Buyer (Supplier Relationship Management)-J69031

Rate: Up to £27.23 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: Maternity Cover until September 2027

We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a leading automotive organisation based in Gaydon on a long-term maternity cover contract until September 2027 . This role is focused on supplier relationship management , working closely with key and strategic suppliers to ensure strong performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Manages the relationship with key/strategic suppliers using relationship management techniques to deliver value for both the company and supplier.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring performance and compliance with organization's standards
• Driving continuous improvement on supplier side
• Reporting on and partnering in resolving any performance issues on supplier side Level: An Experienced Professional applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Responsibilities typically include:
• Works independently with general supervision.
• Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
