Buyer (Supplier Relationship Management)
馃搷 Location: Gaydon, UK
馃挵 Rate: Up to 拢27.23 per hour (Umbrella)
馃搮 Contract: Maternity Cover until September 2027
We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a leading automotive organisation based in Gaydon on a long-term maternity cover contract until September 2027. This role is focused on supplier relationship management, working closely with key and strategic suppliers to ensure strong performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the relationship with key/strategic suppliers using relationship management techniques to deliver value for both the company and supplier.
Responsibilities include:
Developing relationship management plans Monitoring performance and compliance with organization's standards Driving continuous improvement on supplier side Reporting on and partnering in resolving any performance issues on supplier side Level: An Experienced Professional applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.Skills & Experience Required
