Buyer

Our client:

• GBPmulti-million turnover national retailer
• Clear strategy focused on category development and profit growth
• This Buyer role is ideal for forward thinking individual, who has a background in retail buying.
• Role is split between the office in West Midlands (3 days in office, 2 from home)

The role:

• The successful Buyer will own negotiations, prioritizing value and revenue
• You will develop and execute strategies to grow their category effectively.
• As Buyer, you will play a key role in building and executing commercially beneficial joint business plans.
• The Buyer will be up to speed with trends and key issues affecting the sector

Ideal candidate:

• The Buyer will have experience within any retail category
• They will take ownership of the category by using market and sales data to identify opportunities
• Having excellent relationship-building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
