Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to development of high-performance backend systems within our Gaming platform. This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with technical responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++, distributed systems, and high concurrency server applications, with the ability to contribute strategically to architecture decisions and long-term technical roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and evolution of technology strategies, roadmaps, and system reviews, while identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring the ability to handle demanding workloads.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient APIs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and horizontal scaling for performance-critical services.
- Establish and promote coding standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in C++ backend development.
- Extensive experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
- Experience building high-load server applications, particularly using TCP-based protocols.
- Solid experience with relational databases (SQL-based systems), including query optimization and schema design.
- Familiarity with web security best practices, ensuring secure coding and application design.
- Experience working with gaming products or similar performance-critical applications is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases or similar enterprise-level database systems is a plus.
