We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Cable-Stayed Bridge Specialist to support a major bridge construction project in Peterborough.

This is a short-term specialist assignment where you'll provide technical support and guidance to the site and engineering teams during the installation and construction of the bridge.

Key Requirements

• Significant cable-stayed bridge construction experience
• Strong knowledge of bridge erection, cable installation and stressing
• Experience with construction planning, sequencing and installation methodologies
• Ability to provide practical technical guidance to site and engineering teams
• Previous experience working on major bridge or complex infrastructure projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong site-based background and demonstrable experience supporting the erection and installation of cable-stayed bridge structures.

Candidates must be available to start 2 November 2026 for the full 7-week assignment through to Christmas.
