Cafe-Based Mental Health & Social Inclusion Facilitator

Creative Support in Liverpool, Merseyside is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive full-time Social Inclusion Worker to join our friendly staff team in Liverpool, Merseyside.

Your role will include using early intervention techniques to provide a safety net, encouraging service users to take part in social activities inside and outside the cafe, developing warm, trusting relationships, and delivering focused group and 1:1 support.
