Cafe Manager: Drive Exceptional Food & Service

Compass Group UK&I in Chester is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager for ASDA Cafe, full-time 40 hours per week, to lead our catering team and deliver exceptional food and customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and KPIs, train staff, maintain Health & Safety standards, and represent the brand while driving performance and guest satisfaction.
