Cafe Operations Manager & Guest Experience Lead

ARMA in London invites applications for a Café Manager to lead daily café operations within our gym environment. You will oversee service delivery, stock control, budgeting, and team leadership to ensure a high-quality F&B experience for members.

The role combines hands-on leadership with compliance, hygiene, and reporting duties, including duty manager responsibilities during busy periods. 5 years in cafe/F&B management, and preferably experience opening new branches, are desirable.
