Capesize Voyage Operations Lead – NOR to Discharge

Marcenta Chartering & Shipping Ltd. seeks an Operations Executive to own the post-fixture voyage lifecycle for Capesize fleet, from NOR to final discharge. You will work directly with owners, charterers, agents and surveyors to keep voyages on schedule and on budget.

The role requires experience in dry bulk post-fixture operations and a strong grasp of laytime, demurrage, and charter party terms. You will be highly organized with clear written communication for diverse stakeholders.
