Car & Van Rental Customer Care Lead

Arnold Clark Group in Carlisle is seeking a Rental Customer Advisor to join our Car & Van Rental team. You will deliver excellent service to customers face-to-face and over the phone, supported by strong organisational skills.

The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and alternating Saturdays 8am-1pm, and there is scope to cover other branches when needed. A full UK driving licence is essential.
