Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to identify their requirements and guide them effectively through the vehicle purchasing process
• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Build and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and finance options
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and a seamless sales experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold dealership standards and support business growth
• Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities accurately within the CRM system

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a car sales executive or in a similar customer-facing sales role
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory
