Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person visits to generate leads Managing a healthy sales pipeline by building and nurturing customer relationships Conducting vehicle presentations and understanding customer needs to tailor the sales approach Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction as the Car Sales Executive Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads Supporting marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events Delivering excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-upRequirements:
