Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Treforest, for the position of Car Sales Executive. This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity for motivated individuals seeking a rewarding career in the automotive industry. The successful individual will join a well-established, friendly team operating within a modern dealership environment.

• - Basic salary of £18,000 per annum
• - Uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
• - Personal company car
• - 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with day off in lieu for bank holidays worked)
• - Full manufacturer-approved training and professional development
• - 5-day working week, with every other Saturday off and no Sundays
• - Additional day off in the week when working a Saturday
• - Supportive team working in state-of-the-art premises

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• - Meet and greet customers into the showroom
• - Sell new and used vehicles
• - Discuss add-on products with customers, such as paint protection, GAP insurance, and service plans
• - Assist with used car stock control, including photography and advertising
• - Maintain showroom presentation and cleanliness as a Car Sales Executive
• - Shadow and assist experienced sales team members as required
• - Complete associated administration tasks
• - Contribute to a high-performing sales environment

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• - Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Treforest
• - Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• - Experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role
• - Educated to grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
• - Charismatic and approachable personality
• - IT literate, methodical, and well-organised
• - Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• - Genuine interest in the automotive industry and vehicles
• - Prior car sales experience is not essential; applications from experienced Sales Executives are also welcome
