Are you an experienced Main Dealer Car Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive client seeking a driven, customer-focused sales professional to join their successful team in the Epsom area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy dealership with a strong brand, quality stock, and uncapped earning potential.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through a structured sales journey from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.

• Selling both new and used vehicles through a structured sales process.
• Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs.
• Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
• Promoting finance and additional products where appropriate.
• Conducting professional test drives.
• Managing your own diary and customer appointments.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system.
• Presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Main Dealer Car Sales experience is essential.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A motivated, professional, and target-driven approach.

What's on Offer

• Basic Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £50,000 - £60,000

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• One weekday off each week
• Sundays off
