Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive role at their well-established dealership in Yeovil, Somerset.

The Car Sales Executive role is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets through a proactive and professional approach.

• Competitive basic salary of £26,000, with an OTE of up to £50,000

Duties for the Car Sales Executive position:

• Selling new and used vehicles to a broad customer base as a Car Sales Executive
• Providing exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term relationships
• Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and technical features of vehicles
• Managing customer enquiries efficiently via digital channels, including online and video presentations
• Achieving individual and team sales targets with a customer-first focusSupporting the dealership's objectives through active engagement and product promotion

Requirements for the Car Sales Executive role:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed personal performance and sales targets
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management abilities
• Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Technical vehicle knowledge is desirable but not essential
• Previous sales experience preferred, though not necessarily within the motor trade
• Enthusiasm for automotive sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences
