Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed dealership targets as a Car Sales Manager Manage showroom operations to ensure excellent customer experiences Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Drive sales performance through strategic planning and coaching Support the training and development of team members Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry standards Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and growthRequirements:
