Care & Support Worker — Day/Night Shifts, Build Independence

Strode Park Foundation is seeking a Care & Support Worker to help adults with physical disabilities build independence and confidence. You may work with residential clients at the Coach House, support day service clients with activities, and join our friendly team to deliver person-centred care.

From day one you will receive training and support to develop your skills. The role involves personal care, companionship, and promoting wellbeing in a compassionate, respectful way.
