Care & Support Worker - Empower Lives with 12h Shifts

Ccygnet Group at Beacon House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will work full time on a 42-hour week with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, in a person-centred environment.

We offer an apprenticeship scheme, flexible overtime, regular coaching and wellbeing support. The role focuses on empowering residents and enabling independence within a supportive team.
