Care & Support Worker for Learning Disabilities

L'Arche Edinburgh is hiring a Care and Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to people with learning disabilities in home and community settings, helping them lead independent, fulfilling lives.

This permanent, full-time role is based at L’Arche Edinburgh Community House(s). It offers 37.5 hours per week, pay £13.45 per hour with sleepovers at £131.14 per night, and incremental increases from year two. The role embraces person-centred support in line with our values and policies.
