What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Assist with daily routines and personal care

• Observe and support residents' health and general well-being
• Maintain clear and accurate digital care records

Training Outcome

This apprenticeship offers a clear, structured 5-year pathway from Level 2 through to Level 5:

• Level 2 – Care Assistant Apprentice
• Level 3 – Senior Carer
• Level 5 – Management & Leadership roles

You will also have direct access to Hallmark's bespoke GROW Leadership Programme to support your ongoing career progression.
