Welford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents at Argentum Lodge in Nailsea. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided to help you build confidence, gain qualifications and progress your career.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals and activities, helping residents maintain independence while working as part of a friendly team. Flexibility includes alternate weekends and good IT skills for electronic systems.
