You will support clients in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

You will get to know your clients, their sense of humour and interests, creating personalised care.

Daily activities may include:

• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
• Assisting with personal care
• Preparing a proper meal

Skills and Qualities Required

• Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care
• Good communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and families
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel between clients’ homes; must have a full UK driving licence and use of your own car
• Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safeguarding procedures

This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure and reference checks.
