Cera Care Dorchester is seeking a Care Assistant for the Extra Care Unit at Melrose Court. You will support residents with personalised care plans, assist with daily activities, meals and medication support, and help residents live as independently as possible.

Whether you are new to care or bring experience, your compassion and patience are valued. We provide training via the Cera Academy and a technology app to streamline admin tasks, giving you more time to focus on those you support.
