The Role

This role is based in residential agency support in HU5

We are currently looking for full time (minimum 36 hours a week) day shifts and night shift roles, and part time day shifts.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of individuals with differing needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, continence care, mobility support, and assisted feeding where required
• Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies
• Delivering care in line with individualised support plans
• Supporting clients to maintain their daily routines and independence
• Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
• Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
