Care Assistant – Guaranteed Hours, Paid Mileage & Training

Home Instead is recruiting a Care Assistant in the United Kingdom. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a car to support clients across Gillingham, Rainham, Chatham & Rochester. Guaranteed hours contracts and award-winning training are part of the package.

We offer competitive pay (£13–£14 per hour) with double pay on bank holidays, paid mileage, holidays, and various discounts. Full training is provided, and DBS refunds are included to facilitate onboarding.
