Are you experienced in providing complex care for young people? We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to support a young adult male with complex care needs.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional who is passionate about their job. They will enjoy delivering one-to-one support and will be able to build positive relationships with our client, his family and other professionals. A good sense of humour is a must.

Our client is a wonderful, sociable young man who will thrive in the company of the right Care Professional. He lives at home with his family and attends college five days a week, where he enjoys socialising and spending time with his friends.

He likes to have a good time, a laugh and a giggle. As you get to know our client you will become familiar with his preferred methods of non-verbal communication. He’ll be certain to let you know when he’s having a good time and when he’s not! He also uses an “eye gaze” system to help him to communicate his preferred choices of activity.

Our client has a range of hobbies and interests such as music, crafts, painting, baking and reading books. He loves to be outside (depending on the weather), going to the theatre and watching TV.

• Moving and Handling

Location: Worsley

Hours: 20hrs, flexible through the week including weekends. Rate of Pay: £11 - £15 per hour (double pay on bank holidays)
