Location: Across Isle of Wight, Cowes, Newport and Freshwater.

Salary: £13.43 per hour on weekdays, £13.93 on weekends. £14.00 per hour block‑paid. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double‑time compensation for work on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across the Freshwater area, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Drivers with a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance required for block‑paid roles. Non‑drivers welcome for hourly paid positions.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good English communication skills.
