Care Home Chef: Lead Menus, Nutrition & Resident Focus

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a qualified Second Chef to join our kitchen team, delivering hotel/restaurant standards with fresh seasonal food and a strong focus on resident wellbeing.

You will support the Head Chef in menu development, manage stock and budgets, create appetising dishes that meet high quality, nutrition and HACCP standards, and help foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents.
