Care Home Deputy Manager — Lead Team & Resident Care

LV Care Group is seeking a Residential Deputy Manager for Summerhill View Care Home on the Isle of Man. You will support the Registered Manager, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure high standards of care while liaising on administration and regulatory matters.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, solid leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work across day and night shifts.
