Care Home Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Progress Housing is seeking a Maintenance Officer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across services, grounds and vehicles within our care home environment. You will ensure health and safety standards are met and coordinate required supplies while minimising disruption to residents.

You will inspect electrical, plumbing and facility systems, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies. A DBS check is required for the successful applicant.
