About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead their team in Bristol, South West England . Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the care home's operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Lead, recruit, train, and supervise a team of care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring the holistic needs of residents are met.
• Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation for the home.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management or senior role within a care home or similar healthcare setting.
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations, quality standards, and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational resources effectively.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
