About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead their reputable care facility in Liverpool . This senior role involves the overall management and operational oversight of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to residents, including those with complex nursing and residential needs. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and fostering a warm, person-centered environment for all residents. This is a critical leadership position for an individual committed to excellence in elderly care and continuous improvement within a well-established setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of care staff, nurses, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and legislation.
- Manage the home's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management or deputy management role within a care home setting.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management).
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and financial management abilities.
