About the Role
Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to work in a care home in the Manchester area, covering residential care, nursing care, dementia residential care and dementia nursing care . Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents in care home settings
- Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
- Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Work collaboratively with care teams and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous experience in care homes or similar settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
