Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team, to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.What We Offer:Guaranteed hours contracts availableCompetitive pay: £13.40 – £14.42 per hour£20 per hour on Bank Holidays35p mileage allowanceMinimum 1-hour calls – giving you time to deliver quality care, no rushed visitsAccredited training and ongoing professional developmentA supportive, friendly team that truly values youVariable working patterns available4 days a week (between Mon–Fri one week and between Mon–Sun the next)Potential to do some sleeps at £13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential) RequirementsPrevious experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicleBasic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
