Care Quality Assurance & Training Officer

Optimum Care in Bangor, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our domiciliary care team. The role covers on‑call duties, travel within the head-office area, and ensuring all care standards and statutory requirements are met.

You will contribute to staff training, supervise probationary periods, and maintain strong liaison with clients and families during reviews. A full driving licence and Access NI clearance are required.
