Care Services Admin & Referrals Coordinator

Spinal Injuries Association in Milton Keynes is seeking an administrator to support our Services Team, including nurses, therapists and counsellors, ensuring a responsive, professional and compassionate experience for people accessing our services.

You will manage referrals, keep CRM records, arrange appointments, handle enquiries and provide essential admin support, helping service users receive timely help and contributing to smooth service operations.
