CARE STAFF REQUIRED – 2:1 COMMUNITY SUPPORT | WEST LONDON

We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join a 2:1 care package supporting a young client in West London.

📍 Location: W14 – Westminster / West London 🕘 Hours: 09:30–13:30 📅 Days: Sessions to be confirmed 👥 Support: 2:1 🚗 Transport: Transport provided from the family home to Edward Wood Community Centre

About the role

You will be supporting the client from their family home through to Edward Wood Community Centre, providing safe, person-centred support throughout the session.

We are looking for reliable, compassionate carers who are confident working as part of a 2:1 team and understand the importance of consistency, communication and professional boundaries when supporting children/young people and their families.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in care/support work

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable

• Ability to work effectively within a 2:1 support setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and professional approach

• Commitment to person-centred care

• Ability to follow care plans, risk assessments and professional guidance

• Willingness to complete package-specific training/competencies
