Care Support Worker — Flexible Hours, Meaningful Impact

Lifeways Shepton Mallet is seeking a Care Support Worker to help eight individuals with learning disabilities live life with dignity, joy and independence in a peaceful rural setting.

Flexible hours are available, including 20–30 hours per week, with day shifts, sleep-ins, sessional and part-time roles. You’ll assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning, medications, hobbies and community activities, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that values your contribution.
