Care Support Worker - Supported Living (Travel Ready)

Reach Learning Disability Care is looking for a Care Support Worker to provide hands-on, person-centred support across Mansfield, Southwell and surrounding areas. The role requires driving and involves supported living and community work, with a mix of full-time and part-time hours.

You will assist service users with daily tasks, health needs and personal care, while promoting independence and safety. A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to travel are essential.
