**Location:** Hull, East Yorkshire
**Job Type:** Full-time / Part-time
**Pay Rate:** £13.00–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience

## About the Role
247 Exceptional Care Ltd is looking for caring, reliable and dedicated **Support Workers** to join our team in Hull. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults in their own homes and within the community, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
## Key Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred care and support to service users.
* Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting where required.
* Supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and company procedures.
* Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
* Supporting service users with household tasks and daily routines.
* Providing companionship and emotional support.
* Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments or activities.
* Following individual care plans and risk assessments.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential care records.
* Reporting any concerns or changes in a service user's condition to the appropriate person.
* Working in accordance with safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
## Essential Requirements
* Previous care or support work experience is desirable.
* A caring, compassionate and respectful attitude.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach.
* Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and person-centred care.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to complete required training and DBS checks.
**A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required depending on the allocated care package and location.**
