£14.82 per hour | 22 hours per week | Night Shifts

Youll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and supporting care staff
• Reviewing and updating care plans
• Administering and recording medication
• Providing personal care and promoting independence
• Supporting residents quality of life
• Working with families and the wider care team
• Reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately

About You

Youll ideally have:

• Experience working in care
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience
• Medication training
• Experience supervising or supporting other staff
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care
