Impressions Care Solutions is recruiting compassionate and motivated individuals to join their care team. The roles involve supporting people with a range of needs, including older adults, individuals with physical disabilities, and those requiring assistance with daily living. Care Workers and Support Workers play a key role in providing person‑centred care, practical support, and companionship, helping clients to maintain independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality care in line with individual care plans
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household tasks
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing

Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures

Skills & Qualities

• Genuine passion for supporting others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Reliability and flexibility to meet client needs
• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (training provided)

Impressions Care Solutions are based on London Road, Southampton. Please note that roles are likely to include the need for travel.
