Support Worker / Care Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

About the Role

As a Support Worker / Care Assistant, you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Assist with personal care while promoting dignity, respect and independence.
• Support individuals with medication in line with care plans and company policies.
• Encourage independence and support individuals with daily living tasks, appointments and community activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately.
• Build positive relationships with the people you support, their families and healthcare professionals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in care or support work is desirable, but not essential.
• A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• An Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage; however, non-drivers are also encouraged to apply, as suitable opportunities may be available.
