Carer Adviser — Home-Based Carer Support Specialist

OCVA is seeking a Carer Adviser to work with unpaid adult carers, delivering high-quality information, advice and practical support. You will manage a caseload and complete statutory Carer Assessments under the Care Act 2014, developing personalised support plans in partnership with health and social care partners.

The role is home based with travel in Oxfordshire; part or full time hours (24–35 per week) and permanent contract, paying £14.75 per hour.
