Part-Time Community Carer West side of Jersey

We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Part-Time Carer to join our community care team.

Requirements:

• RQF Level 2 in Health and Social Care and RQF 3 in medication administration
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and committed to providing person-centred care
• Weekends included (two in every four)
• Hours 7 to 2 pm
