Job Description
Our client is seeking a Carer for a Supported Living role in the Swindon area. This is a permanent position available on both part-time and full-time bases, with salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time). Based in Swindon, supporting individuals in their own homes within the supported living setting Preferred Requirements
Experience working as a carer or in a support role, ideally within supported living or community care
Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Strong communication skills and the capacity to build positive relationships with service users
Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
Willingness to undertake relevant training and adhere to safeguarding and health and safety protocols Preferred Qualifications
Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent experience
Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
First Aid at Work or equivalent certification is desirable
