Salary: Up to £28PH Company Van & Fuel Card
Temp to perm Full-Time Monday–Friday
Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Southampton, Winchester and Basingstoke.

The Role
Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties Joinery and carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and general woodwork Completing multi-trade works including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring repairs and damp & mould treatments Diagnosing repair issues and delivering high-quality first-time fixes Working safely and efficiently in occupied properties while providing excellent customer service Accurately recording completed works and updating company systems Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rotaRequirements NVQ 2/3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent Experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs preferred Competent across basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs Experience carrying out damp and mould treatments is advantageous Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK Driving LicenceWhat's On Offer Weekly pay temp to perm Company van and fuel card Out-of-hours call-out rota with additional earning potential Ongoing training and development opportunities Pension scheme Healthcare and wellbeing benefits Long-term career progression Stable workload with a leading social housing contractorIf you're an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner looking for your next opportunity, apply today with your updated CV or contact Sam at Build Recruitment for more information.
