Carpenter – Social Housing

Location: KT Postcodes Rate: £22 per hour Type: Long-term ongoing Vehicle: Van + fuel card provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the KT postcode areas.

Duties

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

• First and second-fix carpentry

• Door repairs and replacements

• Skirting, architraves and general joinery

• Kitchen and bathroom repairs

• Making good following repairs

• Working in occupied and void properties

• Completing works to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements

• Experienced Carpenter

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification preferred

• Social housing/property maintenance experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Good customer service skills

• Able to work independently
