Carpenter Multi - Property Services Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Surrey Salary: £44,000 CIS

A Carpenter is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.

Daily responsibilities:

Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties Completing associated multi-trade works where required Providing a high level of customer service to residents Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs

Requirements of a Carpenter Multi-Trade:

Must have a full UK manual driving licence Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience
