Caseworker - Victims of Crime (Hybrid, Sussex)

Victim Support in Sussex is seeking a Caseworker to join the Children and Young People Team. The role is 30 hours per week, hybrid with one office day and some travel across the Sussex area.

The position focuses on delivering direct 1:1 support to victims of crime, managing complex caseloads, upholding confidentiality, and promoting services at community events. We value resilience, customer service, and a commitment to safeguarding and equality.
